Wound care across the Las Vegas valley
Las Vegas Wound Care Management sees patients at 4 clinics spread across the valley — Las Vegas Boulevard in the resort corridor, Commerce Street just south of downtown, Charleston Boulevard in west-central Las Vegas, and Sahara Avenue in the west valley. Between them they cover ZIP codes 89109, 89102 and 89117. Our main office is on Pilot Road in the southeast, near the airport.
That spread matters more for wound care than for most specialties. A chronic wound is reviewed and re-dressed repeatedly over weeks rather than resolved in a single visit, so a shorter drive is not a convenience — it is what makes the treatment plan realistic to keep to.
When to have a wound looked at
A wound that has not clearly improved after two to four weeks of ordinary care is generally worth having assessed. So is any wound on the foot of someone with diabetes, any wound with spreading redness, increasing pain, new odour or fever, and any pressure wound that has broken the skin. Early assessment is consistently easier than late.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911.

What Makes Us Different
What patients notice about the way we work.
Multiple Las Vegas locations
Clinics spread across the valley — so a wound that needs seeing every week does not mean a long drive across the valley every week.
Focused on wounds that have not healed
Diabetic ulcers, chronic wounds, sacral pressure wounds and non-healing injuries are the whole of what we do, not a sideline of a general practice.
A treatment plan built around your wound
Dressing choice, debridement, grafting and pressure relief are matched to the wound in front of us and reassessed as it changes, rather than set once at the first visit.
